Plush elastic is a basic foundation elastic with one side soft and velvety and elastic on the other side. The soft backing side is worn next to the skin. Plush elastic is sometimes called plush back elastic, bra strap elastic or felt back elastic. Plush elastic with straight edges is called strapping elastic.  This elastic is 1/4″ wide, perfect for a thin strapped bra or bralette.
